European stock markets dip at open
Europe's main share markets dipped at the start of trading Wednesday after losses in Tokyo and a mixed showing on Wall Street.
London's FTSE 100 index fell 0.1 percent to 8,247.70 points.
In the eurozone, the Paris CAC 40 index dropped 0.3 percent to 8,036.77 points and Frankfurt's DAX lost 0.2 percent to 18,636.17.
